There are many types of glass and require different machine to make them.
What are the different machine make what type of glass?
1. Perfume bottle
A. Less than 30ml are made by hand.
B. More than 30ml but less than 200ml made by automatic machine or hand.
2. Glass bottle like diffuser bottle and wine bottle.
A. More than 200ml less than 2000ml made by another type of automatic machine which are different to the perfume bottle machine.
3. Goblet glass
A. Most wine glass which with less quantity are made by hand / human blow.
B. Large volume like 100k/size/order could be made by automatic machine.
4. Drinking glass
A. Most of drinking glass are made by press with automatic machine.
B. Some also made by automatic blow machine.
5. Glass vase
A. Usually they made by hand. Some made by automatic machine too.
6. Dinner plate
A. Usually they made by plate glass with baking.
B. Made by spin machine.
7. Glass lamp
A. They normal made by hand. But they require different of material to achieve different lighting industrial requirements.
8. Glass tea pot
A. They usually made by hand, but they are different machine (which are different to all of above) and require different material (which are different to all of above) to make the teapot with the necessary function.
9. Glass ornament
A. They all are made by hand due to the irregular shape. This is also different to above.
10. Glass tube
A. Usually they are made by automatic machine
B. Some of them made by hand too.
11. Candle Jar and lid
A. Hand made.
B. Semi automatic machine.
C. Fully automatic machine.
